I’m almost killed by their drivers every morning M-F. They have absolutely no regard for public safety or laws. I imagine their general disregard and lawlessness applies to their “services” as well.

This is not a review of their service but whoever was driving their company van on Tuesday morning 12/12 almost hit my car.. The person was wrecklessly driving cutting off cars, could have caused an accident. The person doesn’t care about the vehicle since it’s not his personal vehicle. This is a poor way to represent one’s company.

Another driver issue just watched their van run a red light leaving Jersey City, block multiple lanes of traffic and then scream out the window at the drivers who he blocked.

Another non review of their service but if their staffs driving abilities are any indication I would assume it's very poor. I witness them multiple times a week turning right from the far left straight only lane, blocking lanes, driving around the line of traffic to cut over at the last second and just general reckless behavior. I would never hire them.

I cannot say enough good things about Haddad Plumbing & Heating. We needed a natural gas hook-up for a generator, and could not have been more impressed. From the day they came to take a look at the site, to the communication in between, to the day the work was done...everything was top-notch. Steve and his co-worker Link...both extremely professional, reliable, kind, responsive, and a pleasure to work with. I look forward to needing their services again and recommend them very highly.

If your services are as good and polite as your drivers there’s grounds to be worried!

This company provides a very thorough and professional service. We needed a rooftop (RTU) unit to be replaced, as the old one died after 14 years. The new unit had to be lifted by crane to the roof of the building. John (Service Manager) at Haddad responded quickly. He immediately ordered and procured the new unit. He navigated the city permit process (which is a real hassle!), procured the crane, organized the street closing, no parking signs and the required off-duty police officer for the installation day. He communicated and coordinated everything with my condo's management company. We literally did not have to do anything. On the day of installation all went seamlessly. Joe (the Supervisor), was smooth in executing on every step of the job. He was efficient, patient and answered all of our questions. He made the day painless. Bottom line, these guys really care and are focused on the customer. Or course we will recommend Haddad to our friends and neighbors.

Extremely unprofessional. Never showed up to my first appointment to change a valve in my apartment. I had arranged with my condo association to notify the entire building of a water shut off and Haddad plumbing did not respect the schedule. When they did arrive two days later AND 2.5 hours later than discussed, they sent one person instead of the two they originally promised. The plumber asked me to help assist him with the job. I paid $500 for a simple job and I had to help too. Spoke with Alex Tsirulnik at corporate about compensation to which he was of no use. More worried about pocketing the money than customer satisfaction. Would not recommend - find a plumber somewhere else that is professional and respects your time.
